This season, we have two options for returns and exchanges:

1) Open returns: You have 30-days to return/exchange your used pillow - no questions asked. Our 100% customer satisfaction guarantee has you covered. 

2) Unopened returns: You have 90-days to return/exchange unopened items in their original packaging. This option allows your gifts to be returned or exchanged with plenty of time.
